  Terrible customer service !!!!! for me to cancel my reservation not even five minutes after making it and you guys still take over $300 out of My Account is armed robbery Then your reasoning for not wanting to give me my money back is because you guys will take a huge Financial hit ?????????? The lady that is at the front desk Refusing to let people speak with management or a supervisor needs to be let go… To not accommodate your customers or guests During a critical time should not be overlooked. I hope your customers decide to go elsewhere after I go to the media about this.

  This review is based solely on my recent trip here. I never had a problem before until now so I know it was because of the kind of vehicles we were driving. Had a reservation for April 02 - April 06, 2026. Checked in around 4:30 pm. on Thursday, April 02,2026, around 4am. My husbands car was broken into. We were parked directly in front of the building, and the receptionist said she heard a loud noise outside but didn't think anything of it. We traveled from South Carolina to Chalmette for a family function for that Friday (Good Friday). I asked the receptionist about video footage, and she acted like she didn't know anything about camera footage. Police were called and they arrived quickly and did a great job on assisting us, thank you for all of your help (St.Bernard Parish Police Dept) Our trip was cut short, less than 16 hours we were back on the road heading back home. Just a heads up for anyone wanting to stay at this hotel, Please be aware. By the way, the cars that we were driving are cars that are of HIGH PRIORITY and VALUE for theft. My family and I will not be staying at this location anymore. Thank you.

  I am rating this hotel a one just because the clerk at the desk was not professional. After driving several hours my wife said she needed to use the restroom while I was checking in. She came back up to the desk and said she found the mens but could not fine the women's. So, I asked the clerk where the women's restroom was. She stated that they didnt have one. I said you only have a mens. She said yes because women tear the restroom up so they decided to not have one. So, I looked at my wife and jokingly said sorry. They are discriminating against women. The clerk abruptly said not we do not discriminate it just women tear bathrooms up. So, I didn't say any more. But my question is as a customer of the hotel, When is it my problem what your customers do to the restroom. This is a public hotel with a pool. How can you not have a restroom for women? I have sent an email to Bestwestern to see what their response will be. I feel like the clerk could have handled differently. I seen behind the desk in the hallway a door with women/handicapped restroom by they told my wife that it was for employees only. Well. They need to make that not accessible to public then. Also take down the plrestroom signs of your not going to have for just men to use

  I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels thanks to military travel, but this one takes the crown for the nastiest place I’ve ever seen. Mold on the curtains, something that looked like blood in the shower, and towels that looked already used. When I asked for clean ones, the front desk said they didn’t even have any. The whole room smelled like wet dog mixed with old cigarettes. The bedding had what looked like dog hair all over it thankfully I bring my own sheets and pillows because absolutely not. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else. We will never be back.

  Updated review. This hotel has stolen money from me and refuses to acknowledge it. My debit card was charged $149.00 almost 3 weeks AFTER I checked out. This hotel provided me with a detailed statement of charges only after I insisted on it. I stayed four nights,.the statement shows I was charged for four nights,. But 18 days later there's a random charge for a nights stay and I'm being told it's because I wasn't charged for one night because of a computer glitch. I have a statement from the actual hotel that my bank backed up!! My card is being charged weeks AFTER I checked out. Bullshit!! If you choose to stay at this location be prepared to have fraudulent random charges to your payment method long after you check out! And don't expect any explanation from this hotel. Your inquiries will be ignored.
