- WPWoden ParentMar 23, 20261.0AC was not working properly in the room. My husband had to go buy a fan to keep my baby cool at night. There was also very minimal hot water in the shower. Made staff aware of the AC in which I was told “because you booked through a third party, we can only offer points of your an IHG member” to which I declined points. I won’t ever stay here again.

- SMS McQueenMar 19, 20262.0This place is on some bs 4 night stay with no room service, it's under construction and 2 nights in a row I tried to do laundry but they have no quarters and one desk clerk said they may may have some at the gas station which would be really inconvenient I'm good on this holiday in and 90% I stay in ihg hotels this one is at the bottom of my list.
- JNJohn NoveskeyMar 2, 20262.0Warning: read the fine print in gray box. Under construction. It's the main entrance, lobby, dining room and kitchen. Food prep is being done in the pantry. We were awoken around 5am to the fire alarm and bright light flashing in our room. At 71 I didn't know I could still jump out of bed so quick. As I was running to get my pants I forgot I was still connected to my CPAP machine and almost pulled it off the table. As I finally thought I had come to my senses and was heading out the door, my wife calmly called the desk that was set up in the makeshift breakfast room and they said it a steaming shower with poor ventilation had set off the fire alarm. We just looked at each other and started laughing. Just glad I wasn't the naked guy in the shower that didn't know he had set off the fire alarm. Sometimes the worst hotels are the ones you remember, laugh and tell the most people about your experience 🤣
