The fridge kept our drinks cold, though I wouldn't want to test food or medicine storage in it. The ding to the room was the broken office chair and the lack of an arm chair or small couch to set on which there was plentyof room for something other then the bench. The only option for setting was the bed. Sevice there was great and the food was good in the resturant and room service.

We arrive to the hotel and. Everything was ok. We got to the room we look for a water bottle no water. Not even to tele a medication. So I call the front desk they told Me that they don’t provide water only espacial guests. So not everyone is special guests. At the this hotel. Then next day they didn’t clean my room then the next day again didn’t clean my room they told at the front desk that because I book my reservation. On booking .com. We’re not allowed to have a water or clean the room so overall. Are experience was horrible. Head to toe never ever again stay in this hotel. Ever. Because not everyone is special guests. They’re the one who gave me that room I didn’t asked to have that room. Only certain rooms can have everything they one or perhaps races. Discriminated. Who knows. They are the only ones who know that stuff.

Constant loudness, giggling and door slamming . I actually had to call and complain then security was sent . I may have gotten 3 hours of sleep . We met other guest on the elevator who experienced the same issues ( two airline pilots ) .
