  The hotel felt poorly maintained, especially the restaurant area. At breakfast, several bowls and plates were visibly dirty and still wet; one even had a piece of bell pepper stuck to it. Overnight parking costs $16, which was not clearly emphasized. Additionally, before I arrived, the hotel called asking whether I still intended to check in so they could potentially cancel the reservation and sell the room to someone else. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

  Joanne at the front desk has been phenomenal. I have never observed someone handle an overwhelming influx of guest and multitask the way that she does. I have been at the hotel for several days and noticed her outstanding customer love at every interaction.

  My overall experience here was one that I could have done without. Everything from trouble checking me in to staying the night in an unsat/unclean room. I definitely recommend shower shoes; there were hair follicles and dust/dirt in the bathroom. Could be a one off but just rating my stay/experience. This was also an unusual occurrence for a Crowne Plaza stay in my opinion.

  I don’t think I’ve ever left a review on a hotel before but felt like I needed to for this just because of the staff. The hotel itself and amenities are great and best in the area, but the staff members were what stood out. Incredibly nice and above and beyond helpful. My wife and Dog who were visiting for a night were treated with extra love. Great people. Special shoutout to Ms. Joanne on the 5th floor breakfast room. I don’t really love talking to anyone at 6am but she makes it impossible not to smile. Just a wonderful person. Roxie and Lillian were the bartenders for my stay and were both extremely friendly and professional, (and super fast, especially considering the crowd).

  This has been by far the worst hotel I have stayed at in all of my travels. I was placed in a “hideaway” room with no window, something I did not realize at the time of booking and would never have chosen had it been clearly disclosed. The hotel is very run down and badly in need of renovations. The walls are paper-thin—you can hear even the smallest noises from neighboring rooms. When I asked if it was possible to switch rooms, I was told no because the hotel was booked for a conference, and the staff was noticeably unfriendly and unhelpful. On top of that, prices for food and basic items from the small lobby shop are unreasonably high for what is offered. If you don’t mind outdated accommodations, thin walls, and poor management and service, this may be the place for you—but I would not recommend it!!
