Elevators were rough as far as clean. Worst part though was service. I couldn’t check in yet, normal no issue but not friendly staff. I asked for a quiet place to work like an empty conference room and she just said no. Then looked busy on computer. I asked if one was available she said for a charge. I asked how much and she just said I would need to talk to events. Never offered to call or help. I went back to another person to see if and when I could check in after lunch and she said not until later 2 pm. That’s it. Matter of fact. No friendly talk. Both were not helpful or friendly. It was just odd!

At breakfast, several bowls and plates were visibly dirty and still wet; one even had a piece of bell pepper stuck to it. Overnight parking costs $16, which was not clearly emphasized. Additionally, before I arrived, the hotel called asking whether I still intended to check in so they could potentially cancel the reservation and sell the room to someone else. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.
