- JJJoseph Fuchs JrDec 27, 20255.0We got to Alexandria at 3:30am on December 26 due to a family emergency and stopped here to ask if we can book a room under the circumstances despite it being 3 am. The lady at the front desk worked with us quickly to get us two rooms next to each other. The rooms were beautiful and exactly as pictured in the website; filled with two large beds, a refrigerator and freezer, microwave and stove top, dressers, etc. Our emergency extended into the following day at the hospital; and we knew we would need to stay again. The front desk automatically extended our stays without asking us "in case" we needed an extra day; and that we can figure out the financial side of it later. Great rooms; greater staff; we will definitely be back from now on for our monthly trips to Alexandria. We GREATLY appreciate how considerate and compassionate the workers were through this tough situation.

Rooms are clean, even though there is no free Continental breakfast, they do offer free coffee which is really good. No pool at this location though. Free laundry to use but you have to buy the supplies.
- DTDan TAug 18, 20255.0Quiet long stay hotel. No breakfast, but free coffee, tea, and cocoa 24 hrs. Good location as restaurants are an easy drive. Full size refrigerator, microwave, sink, small in room coffee maker. Beds are comfortable and unbelievably, so are the pillows.
