The decor of the lobby was beautiful. The room was clean, the staff were nice, and breakfast was pretty good! Breakfast included grits, oatmeal, eggs, breakfast meats, cereal, bread, potatoes, yogurt, waffles, and so much more!! There is an indoor pool and hot tub, which were delightful! The location was centrally situated to various eateries and some shopping. We enjoyed our stay this visit and would visit again.

I asked her what would be my chances of switching to a double room because my friend decided to ride with me. That was around six pm. She told me the rooms was still being cleaned.and to come back in 30 minutes to one hour. I arrived back at the hotel around 730pm the room was still not cleaned. So I asked for my original room which was a king size room. I went into that room 249 which was dirty with a bowel movement still left in the toilet. I went back downstairs again. I finally received a cleaned room at 845 room 253. They only had one house keeper working that was going room to room with her boyfriend and had an attitude. This is very unacceptable. I always stay at a Best Western property whenever I can. Also the hot tub button you press to make the jets come on is broke as well. I will not recommend any one to this hotel. This was a very bad experience for me. I couldn't even enjoy the hot tub. Also if you have a room in the atrium it's very noisy I was woke up at 0700.
- AAAmber AshcraftNov 16, 20251.0DONT STAY IN ROOM 123 ! My husband got bit by bed bugs and we ended up leaving at midnight and having to drive over 2 hours to find another hotel . I asked for myoney to be refunded and they said they couldn't so I needed to call the manager the next morning so I have several times and keep getting told they wasn't in yet and to try back in 30 more minutes . I still have not had a call back and the staff keep saying the manager is out. I would not suggest staying at this place at all.
