  It was home away from home , if I could I would live there , it was very clean , luxury, it's very own lil grocery store in the lobby , it was quite, and my family & I felt safe , it had tons of things to choose from on eating , and also activities

  My stay was amazing , it was home away from home , the room had everything you need just as a joke does , it was very clean , the employees was very nice

  The room was very nice and not the issue at all. I checked in on a Tuesday and did not leave until today which is Friday. I’ve never been to a hotel where they didn’t clean the rooms during the day. Not once did my room get cleaned I had a trash can full to the top no clean towels are rags the last two nights. When I returned to my hotel room Thursday around 5 I seen all the housekeepers carts as if they were finished for the day yet my room hadn’t been touched. I actually had to go take towels and rags from out their storage closet when they left the door open. Would not recommend ever. Not only did I deal with that but there is no complementary breakfast as well as the walls are so thin you can hear every single door being opened and closed. Staff here definitely needs to step it up.

  Rooms are good, house keeping only when asked for (normal), couldn't print from the office center computer. Best thing was the staff, they were very friendly and professional

  Well here we go, arrived at Candlewwod Suites on a Tuesday afternoon and went to room opened door to find out it was a room occupied? Thank God the tenant was not in there as I saw a knife in a sheath on the table. Imagine the outcome if the tenant was in the room! I immediately went to lobby to let.them know and get another room. The incident was rectified and apology was accepted. I stayed at IHG hotels exclusively for business 240 days a year for 2 years straight which leads me to the 2nd incident. I was at Candlewood suites for 8 days and not once during that week's stay was the room cleaned nor dirty towels changed. The trash was piled in both trash cans? Are the guest required to take out the trash? These are common accommodations expected and should not be a part of a guests responsibilities. Needless to say it was a factor for me to consider staying here on my next two up coming nine day business trips back to Alexandria. I do appreciate both two incidents were apologized and rewarded with point comps but it is not the end goal of my complaints. All I'm saying is Accommodations are are part of the guests experience and customer service.
