    This is clearly the nicest hotel in Abbeville, which made our experience more disappointing given the issues we encountered. Pros • Front desk staff was polite and professional • Decent variety of breakfast options • Waffle station was enjoyable Cons • Breakfast meat quality was low and very commercial, with extremely thin bacon • Room smelled like cigarette smoke • Towels were very thin and pillows were small and uncomfortable • Floors were dusty, the toilet had a dark ring, and the chair had visible stains • No housekeeping service during our four night stay • Required to find housekeeping ourselves to exchange dirty towels for clean ones • Extension of stay resulted in a higher rate than the original reservation Overall, while the staff was friendly and this appears to be the best hotel option in the area, these issues significantly impacted our stay and made the experience fall short of expectations.

    The rooms were nice and clean and really roomy. The front desk was helpful and nice not a bad hotel for a small town.

    The power went out for their building only. I was forced to check out and go to another hotel. They are now refusing to give me a refund.

    We had two rooms 313 and 314 and stayed for 3 nights...everything was wonderful. The hotel is extremely clean, the beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was very good. The sweet lady named Connie at the front desk is awesome...friendly and great customer service.
