  It definitely doesn't fit the mold of expectations for Best Western. A fair comparison would be motel 6 or Red roof. Snarky little sign on desk seemed a bit over the top. Towels were ruff and worn, they are not soft, but they are clean. Shower water pressure was good, it's just tight dancing around the door and toilet. Carpet has seen better days. The furnace maintained the temperature in the room well. Door lock can be fickle, Takes about 10-20+ tries before the card works. Weather strip at bottom is also worn out so cold air comes in. Sheets and furniture are in fair shape. Breakfast has warm options bacon bits, sausage, potatoes, eggs, biscuits and gravy. If in a pinch I could stay again. But, it wouldn't be my 1st choice.

  Place is nasty then lied about destroying a room if you stay more than two nights, they will not clean your room daily. You don’t get clean towels unless you ask for them charge my card $100 after I left because they didn’t clean the room all week and they had to pick trash up off the table then said I got mud in the floor last I checked, destroying a room was breaking putting holes not basic trash because they don’t empty the trash cans I would never stay here and I do not recommend anybody that’s working on the road to stay here

  The front desk check in/check out was extremely rude and disrespectful. I can understand language barriers but he was extremely rude and unprofessional will never book here again

  Great stay. I slept great. Hot shower. I love the Argan Oil amenities. The owner is very conscientious about clientele, so I felt very safe staying here. A great value and nearby lot of places to eat and shop. Overall a solid Best Western Blue stay. Note: The heater WORKS! Increase the temperature slowly or it will be too much! You won’t get cold in this room - I promise!

  As someone who has educated business students and written about the hospitality industry for 20 years and can be critical of restaurant and lodging operations, I was pretty impressed with the management and attention to detail of this budget accommodation. This was my experience: Nothing fancy, mind you, but the room was. very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Front desk supervisor was friendly, helpful, hospitable, and professional. For an affordable road trip overnight stay, I found it to be a surprisingly good value. As a plus, Winchester has a cool brew pub, Abettor, to grab a good craft beer and a bite when you hit town.
