- DBDavid Boyd1 day ago3.0It seems that upon arrival the hotel was going through a renovation. I don't think they made it to our room as of yet. The room in itself was very clean and was only there for one night. We were greeted by Steve at the front desk he was very nice and got us all taken care of and squared away. As I usually stay at Holiday inn Express but it seems there prices continue to climb for what you get. The biggest issue, not just with this one but all of them is there coffee. Not sure what it is, but to my wife and I, it's just plain bad. Gas station coffee is so much better. Breakfast was good, what's expecting to have sausage patties or sausage links but ended up ham that reminded me of lunch meat. We were quite surprised and pleasantly pleased that they did have some gluten bread and bagels also so that was a big plus.

From the moment we walked in, the staff provided top-notch service everyone at the front desk was friendly and went out of their way to help us. Our room was spacious with super comfortable beds and crisp linens, which was exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. I also have to mention the breakfast; it was fresh, offered plenty of variety, and was genuinely delicious. The location is a huge plus as well—it's conveniently located right off the highway, yet the rooms were surprisingly quiet. It’s a great value for the money and the perfect spot for a comfortable stay.

The front desk clerk was super nice at check in and check out. The only issue we had was parking. The parking lot is super tight if you have a big truck. If you are pulling any kind of trailer, do not pull in the parking lot. Getting around the building is really really tight in a truck without a trailer. It seems like they needed to purchase a little more property so you are able to drive around the building. We will definately stay here again.

The staff were very accommodating and Kay was the best in the evenings. She made us feel comfortable and checked on us frequently while we used the common areas. Breakfast was exceptional too! Great stay!
