- JBjudy BongardApr 16, 20263.0Three stars because two of the three treadmills were not working. We need them after driving 8 hours! We stopped going to Hampton Inn in Wilder because they couldn’t get their exercise room in order after 6 months! We have family in the area and have come up more than usual due to illnesses.
- KDKirk DapoApr 6, 20261.0The pool heater was not operating during our 2 night vacation (over part of a weekend), so the water was frigid cold. The advertised heated pool was the main reason for choosing this hotel, and we had other families joining us so our kids could swim together. We were told that the pool was being fixed, but it never was. This kind of ruined our entire stay, and the staff didn't really act very sorry. They just made sure to remind us that they told us about the pool's condition when we checked in. They told us that they cranked up the heat for the pool room temp, but the water was still freezing. Advanced notice would have been helpful. Sorry, we didn't have time to relocate our 3 parties to a different hotel. The breakfast was good.

From check in to check out was a great experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool was excellent. Kids had a great time. Everything was clean and well stocked. I want to give a shout out to Kegan. The night front desk clerk. I couldn’t get my phone to connect to the internet and had 2 grandkids with me. She came to my room and helped me get the phone connected. Very sweet and helpful girl. All in all it was a great experience
