- GBG ballNov 14, 20254.0Breakfast is lacking. Same thing 2 of 3 days. Weird egg omelet with green peppers (which I can't eat). Oatmeal in packets you have to add hot water and wait. Room: Heat, set on 68 degrees was like a sauna. But needed heat because it was cold and snowy out. Otherwise the room was great.

Call service desk and they tell me that I am the FOURTH complaint..the clerk lied and said it was a different group of people, which was a clear lie. Bottom line, you can be AS LOUD AS POSSIBLE, NO REPRECUTION

- ASAllison S.Sep 9, 20254.0My room and bathroom were nice and clean. Upon checking in, staff let me pick which floor I wanted to stay on. I liked that the room has nice countertops, a desk area (great for working on my laptop) and helpful spot for luggage. My king bed was comfortable and they supplied both firm and soft pillows (2 of each). Soap and lotion dispensers in the bathrooms, and also in the shower (which I appreciate as many hotel only provide a soap bar). Another small thing I appreciated was the nice back lit lighting behind the bed and cabinet structure. The only negative thing I noticed was that the window was pretty dirty on the inside of my room—not a huge deal. The location is out of the hustle bustle, but still 10 minutes away from dining options and stores. There is ample parking and it was nice that this place wasn’t real busy while I stayed, I didn’t have to wait for the elevators once. I recommend staying here!
