- SMSusan MajcherOct 31, 20251.0I have stayed at this hotel several times since my daughter moved to the area in June of 2024. We were scheduled to visit her this Saturday 11/1/25, but both she and we ending up becoming ill and had to cancel the reservation. It was upon cancelling that I discovered I had accidentally booked a non-refundable rate through the IHG website, although every other stay at this hotel had been booked with a refundable rate. I called both the hotel manager and IHG corporate to ask for a one time accommodation and either have my money refunded or be given a complimentary one night stay, as we would be coming to the area several times a year for the next several years. Corporate told me it was up to the manager to make that decision. When speaking with the manager, she told me that they cannot go against corporate policy or it will affect their audit numbers, so they would not give me a refund or complimentary stay. So to be clear, management only cares about their audit numbers and not their past or future guests, and corporate refuses to do anything to assist. To be so short sighted as to not make accommodations for a one time error in exchange for giving up dozens of future visits to their hotel does not say much about this organization or the location's management. Edited after management response: This response confirms my review. Hotel policy is more important than accommodating a loyal guest who would have given much more future business to the hotel than they would have lost by making a one time accommodation for an error. Anyone considering staying here please note that there are businesses who appreciate customer loyalty. This is not one of them.

- MBMaddi BlackSep 22, 20251.0I would also like too say that the maintenance man that works there assaulted my fiancé today after his wife had become very disrespectful towards me and all my fiancé said was do not disrespect my fiancé she is pregnant and does not need too be talked too like that. the maintenance man had told my fiancé too leave so he started walking away from the hotel went to the corner of the sidewalk and stood there we were waiting on a ride. the maintenance man got in his black Chevy and drove over too my fiancé got out and started punching my fiancé and put several marks on him and even put him in a head lock my fiancé didn't even have a chance to defend himself and we had paid $200 too stay another night there and they said we couldn't and that they would not refund our money I do not recommend staying there for your safety and your families safety the maintenance man is not safe he is very dangerous.
