The hotel staff were so kind and attentive. Breakfast was great and the beds were so comfortable! The dog walk area was clean and mowed with doggie trash cans and bags available which we thought was awesome. The rooms were spacious for our fluffy four-legged boys. There were plenty of games and things to do in the lobby for the kids. The room was amazingly clean. Check-In and check-out were seamless from the app. We will definitely stay here again!

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. I got maybe 3 hours sleep. Breakfast goes to 10:00 am during the week which was nice but hot food was warm at best and pancake batter was empty. Won’t stay again because of the bed.
- MCMike CampanaNov 2, 20255.0Intentionally tried a stay at Tru after a Hampton Inn the night before, for comparison. The center of the room service desk is unusual. Staff was friendly and efficient. Stepping into the room, my expectation for colorful was met. Compared to Hampton the room is 20% smaller and the furnishings leaner than IKEA. Fellow travel said the room felt European. The room was perfectly in all the corners. I did awake in the middle of the night because every other plane flew directly over the hotel on its decent. I know because I was watching for 30 minutes. I could be wrong, but I felt that the noise would have been isolated in a Hampton. The ground floor had interesting hanging chairs, two giant Jenga sets, giant connect 4, and a pool table, plus board games. Nice outdoor seating area was unexpected. Great place if you don't like relaxing in the room. Great idea for all hotels to consider was a white board across from elevators with written notes on local attractions including closing times. Breakfast not stocked with amount of hot meal options as Hampton. Hockey puck sized pancakes from the fun on-demand machine. It was an experience; glad I tried this flavor of the Hilton portfolio.
