I had only a double ended C type usb cable and Leslie and Alexis went above and beyond to find me something so I could charge my phone while I was there. These two women were the highlight of the whole trip. There were adequate towels. The lobby was fun and inviting. If you choose to have food delivered, grubhub waives fees for guests here. There was a lot of good. The bad- the pool was closed. This wasn't disclosed during check in and was the primary reason we booked this hotel. It was extremely disappointing to find out via a sign. The rooms are nice, however being on the 2nd floor, with wood floors, our upstairs neighbors were either elephants or bowling. It was so LOUD. I could hear our next door neighbors having a "time" and well, so could my 7 year old. The breakfast was meh. We ended up checking out a day early, (it wasn't due to anything the hotel did, bad weather was coming), but we were unrested because of the loudness.

We drove in through a snowstorm, then overslept, but manager Sandra made sure we got hot breakfast and everything else we needed. This is a good location for sightseeing, between Louisville and Mammoth Cave.
