- PMPrecision MarineJan 1, 20262.0Not a great experience, room was clean but when you come in from a cold night out I should not come in to my room with no heat on and we had to wait in the car for 20 minutes for our room to warm up! It was freezing! Possibly leaving the heat on at least low would have been better. This is a major issue when you’re already exhausted. We won’t return.

Only cold breakfast served cereal and bagels and microwave area by the lobby and our room was infested with ants. Had to throw all our food away and they were even in the bed. Not recommended! Thank you you Hilton for credit on points, but expectation my expectation is higher.

Both times the check-in process was simple, the rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice. Definitely would recommend 👍

- RRRoxana Ramirez ReyesNov 26, 20254.0The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because they don't have a microwave in the rooms, which was terrible for me with a young child who drinks milk all the time. I spent 3 nights there, and every morning my child woke up crying and saying, "I don't want to be in this hotel, I want to go to another one," and when I asked him why, he said, "Because it doesn't have a microwave." Aside from this, the hotel is nice and clean, the rooms are pretty, and the beds are comfortable, and best of all, they clean and restock your room daily, which was great. I think if they put microwaves in their rooms, they would be providing a better and more pleasant service. Don't forget that we travel as a family and there are always children; please keep that in mind. My 5-year-old was so traumatized that he told me, "Mom, give this hotel 0 stars."
