After complaining to headquarters we received a partial credit of our points we used. We are still waiting on the remaining points to be deposited. So far Best Western has failed us with this visit.

- CCChrisFeb 15, 20262.0My wife and I stayed there on the night of February 14 to February 15. Lets just say we didnt have the best experience. So we got this room on Valentines Day so we could have some privacy from the family. So we both take a shower and when my wife gets out we notice water was get under the flooring and would come out from under it once you stepped on it. So I take a shower and when I stepped out a piece of the flooring comes off and I had to catch my self so I didnt fall. When spoke with staff they could do nothing for us cause they was completely full so us switching rooms was not an option. The bathroom smelled like mold and wet dog from this point on, so we had to keep the door shut and use the restroom in the hallway very inconvenient. We are not happy at all called today to speak with a Manager to handle the issue like I was told by the person at the desk on the evening shift and had to leave a message cause no one would be available to speak with us till some time Monday through Friday after 10am. Do not have high hopes on hearing from someone.
