- SHSteve HayduJan 29, 20262.0Made reservation at the wrong Holiday Inn Express for a funeral, for 2 nights. Arrived and learned reservation was not there, of course. Instead of trying to accommodate us, we were told no coupons accepted and they wanted to charge us the full rates. As both Silver Elite IHG members and also VIP Holiday Inn Club Vacations members, this treatment is unacceptable. Quality Inn right next door gave us an upgraded room and at lower rate. Will never use this IHG HIE again.

No sound proofing, no carpet, no igh tv portal, just basic cable, no one friendly at desk, and could smell their breath from three feet back, no decent drinks/snacks at front, no charm at all. As a club member, this one is off my list.
