  Rooms were nice and clean. Bathroom floors were even clean in the corners. (That's how I judge cleanliness). Staff was very friendly.

  I am very sorry I had to write this review because my family always stays at this location when we have a large event. At first the lady wouldn’t let me in and started yelling we have no rooms we sold out. This happened early morning around 12a on 3- 28- 26. It was a black lady and she was so rude. My daughter made reservations on the phone and let them know that we would be there in about 30 ,and the lady on the phone said they will be waiting. My daughter paid for the whole day and said they were elderly and just needed to rest a a few hours. I tried to show her the email and confirmation number she would not look at it , she kept repeating I don’t see your name, and we are sold out already and waving her hands. I said to her just look at my phone I have the confirmation and email that was sent, I ask her is this your phone number she said yes. but she still was yelling and saying you are not in our system not really look at the computer we are sold out already since this morning. I told her I have proof my daughter spoke to someone a few minutes ago and she had it on speaker and she was on another phone and I heard the lady talking to her. She basically ignored what I was saying and started to wrap her hands like she was at home. We went on and slept in the car for a few at a rest stop. How would she feel if someone treated her elderly parents that way . Mrs G .

  Pokoje czyste, obszerne. Wygodne łóżka, duża łazienka, niewielki aneks kuchenny. W hotelu jest mała siłownia, basen, sala konferencyjna. W poblizu inne hotele, MakDonalds, Walmart, Colton, wypasiony sklep z nożami i niewielka destylarnia. Stacja benzynowa nieopodal, nie ma problemu z miejscami parkingowymi.

  My favorite HIE. I visit this area often for family. Always clean. Relatively quiet. Staff always friendly and polite. Helpful if needed.
