I wouldn’t give them a single star. Never again. As a whole Candlewoods have gone way down hill but this takes the cake. If you need a comparison think Econolodge or Rodeway Inn.

- RSRobert SalterDec 22, 20255.0Google tells me that this is a two star hotel sandwiched between the three star Hampton and HI Express, but the honest truth is that I have spent hundreds more dollars a night for rooms that I have felt less at home in. It’s not fancy nor does it have daily housekeeping, but what it does have are full kitchens, dish ware, and a laundry room. While the amount of trouble that having those amenities on hand has saved me is considerable, where this place truly shines is in their customer service. I can tell you without a doubt that this small hotel is punching far above its weight and will be my go-to lodging any time I need to visit the area.

She took care of my reservation even during a system outage. Thought I had to move rooms but they let me keep my 1 bedroom. Great service 👍
