Teresa, Mary and Donny are awesome. All 3 went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Rooms clean, great breakfast. If I’m ever back in this area will definitely stay here again.

Worse experience ever
Absolutely the WORST experience. I walked in at 6:30 PM and politely asked if any rooms were available. The receptionist actually said she “didn’t know” and was “waiting for a lady in the lobby to check out.” Excuse me? This is a HOTEL, not a guessing game. When that guest said she was NOT checking out, the receptionist told me “NO, there aren’t any rooms,” without even LOOKING at the computer. No effort, no verification, no apology.
This is completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect staff who can check the system, offer options, and provide basic hospitality. I want to speak to a MANAGER immediately. I also expect a written explanation of how this was handled, what corrective training will occur, and what you intend to do to make this right. If this is your standard of service, I’ll be contacting corporate and sharing this experience everywhere. Do better.

It wasn't a variety of hotel choices in the area. This hotel was decent. I've stayed in more updated Holiday Inn Express. One thing that really stood out is the bathroom. They need renovating asap. However, it served it purposes.

Room was very clean but the bed was very hard and the pillows were flat. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was good. I would stay again if in the area.

I have absolutely NO idea how this hotel got a 4 star rating unless it was once an amazing place to stay. We decided to stop in for the night while traveling through and let me tell you… had I not booked non-refundable already, I would’ve turned around and left as soon as I walked into the entry way.
The best way to describe it was it smelled old and musty, like a nursing home but wetter. It was so off-putting because the smell hits you as soon as you walk inside. It was almost 11 and we were exhausted (and already paid) so we just went with it.
Check-in was fine. Not very friendly but that doesn’t bother me much. The disappointment hit as soon as we stepped off the elevator and I’m staring at my room, directly in front of the elevator, after my profile clearly says on IHG that I want rooms away from the elevator.
Now we are in the room - interesting how the hallway carpet goes from a new, more renovated, blue carpet directly to a brown 1960’s hideous carpet that looked gross. Everything pretty much spiraled downhill after that. The room smelled HORRIBLE. I was spraying perfume just to mask the musty smell. It felt gross. I immediately started checking beds and such just hoping for clean sheets. Thankfully they were.
Mold in the bathroom (see pics), rusty fixtures everywhere. Outlets next to the bed that don’t work. It was horrendous.
I am embarrassed for IHG that they actually carry this hotel under their brand. We stay in hotels around 120 nights a year and this was the worst we’ve stayed in the past 10 years.
