  I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for Jackie and the exceptional service she provided during my recent interaction. From the very beginning, she was warm, friendly, and genuinely personable, which immediately made the experience both comfortable and enjoyable. It is not often that you encounter someone who combines professionalism with such a natural ability to connect with people, but Jackie did so effortlessly. She went well above and beyond her normal duties to assist me with my reservation. Not only did she ensure that every detail was handled efficiently and accurately, but she also took the time to make me feel truly valued and appreciated as a guest. Her attentiveness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. Throughout our interaction, she maintained a professional demeanor while also demonstrating remarkable kindness and care. I was genuinely impressed by her level of customer service and the pride she clearly takes in her work. Jackie represents your organization in the best possible way, and her dedication made a lasting positive impression on me. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to her.   We are local and for 5 years we have said we should try Burger Theory in the Holiday Inn Riverfront. We finally walked the five blocks from our house, and I am so impressed! Upon walking into the hotel, I was surprised by how lovely and inviting it was. The restaurant was directly across from the front doors. Nice booths and tables with a dividing wall separating the dining room from the bar, which was sizable. It was a nice night for last day of Feb and there was a roaring fire in the fire pit on the back patio, which was very spacious! Misty was our server and all four of us were on restrictive diets. She was pleasant taking our order, which had a lot of “hold the cheese, dressing on the side, no croutons.” Misty was also quick to refill our water/tea, remove used plates. I asked if I could get a fruit plate which is normally served at breakfast. She thought for a second and then said she would make one up for me. We all ordered burgers in LETTUCE WRAPS! They were fantastic. We also had side salads which were ample and fresh. And my fruit plate!!! Best I’ve had anywhere! Fresh sliced strawberries, fresh blueberries, red grapes, and what seemed to be fresh pineapple- it was wonderful!!!! We were all so impressed with Burger Theory and Holiday Inn. We learned that we can also come for breakfast! We will definitely be back and cannot wait to be off this diet so we can lounge around the fire with drinks this spring and summer!! Highly recommend!!

  Great people and rooms. Not a fan of the bridge we had to cross to get there! And getting out of the parking lot and onto a main road was troublesome. But again, the rooms and people were great. I'd stay again.

  Our server at Burger Theory was named Jasmine. This place is clean and the food is always good. Tonight the kitchen was running slow but the food was still great. Cook accidentally got my food wrong but they did the right thing with me. Told the truth made a fresh one. Honesty over lies always. Good was really great and our server was clean, polite, professional and told me straight up they had made a mistake. We're all human. I hate when people act like royalty if something goes wrong. Will be back.

  As a frequent traveler to the area, I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, and it continues to be my hotel of choice. The service is consistently outstanding. Stefanie provided an excellent check-in experience, making me feel welcomed and valued right away. Brooke at the front desk also delivered exceptional service throughout my stay. Chelsea at the restaurant and bar offered excellent service, attentive, professional, and friendly. I also truly appreciate the outstanding communication and leadership from General Manager Michelle, which clearly sets the tone for the entire team. I will absolutely return. Highly recommended!
