- LGLisa GJan 1, 20261.0I just left this place and refused to spend my money there. The night shift attendant Bess I think was her name older lady was rude from the time I walked in the door. I barely said much of anything. I’ve worked all day drove an hour to get my mom to the emergency room here in Paducah, where we spent the last 5 hours. I just wanted to get a room and rest but this lady made that impossible for me and my husband. Hands down do not recommend.

- KKKaren KennedyNov 20, 20255.0Another great Holiday Inn stay. The overnight clerk was a hoot - reminded me of the comedian Jeanne Robertson (baton!!) That lady needs a raise! Fitness room is well appointed and very clean. I got a great workout this morning (plus the front desk clerk thought I was a kid, so I appreciated the ego boost, lol.) Everything was super clean. Unfortunately the door nearest my car did not have a key card entry on it. Management needs to address that. Otherwise, everything gave the appearance of a very well maintained establishment. I will definitely stay here on future trips through the area.
