Stayed here for a work trip. Amazing service at check in. Very clean rooms and good breakfast. Hotel was suprisingly busy for a Monday night. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is that it was definetly an older property desperate for an upgrade to the new Hampton standards.

Came to Kentucky for a family emergency. Hampton was close to the hospital where we needed to be- the gal at check in wasn’t too friendly other than that no complaint.

Heading to Illinois from Atlanta for my student-athlete’s official recruitment visit was a long drive and my gps getting me lost on back roads for over 2 hrs made the road trip even more stressful. Luckily, we found this gem once we were able to get back on the hwy. Upon arrival Mr. Rashid was phenomenal. He looked up my Hilton’s member information and gave us a spotless room for a very reasonable rate. Mr. Rashid was very attentive, professional and as a former Hotel regional Manager I wish I had more staff like him. The hot breakfast and the much needed coffee was a big plus. The only issue I had is the breakfast attendant yelling at my children for serving breakfast themselves. She pointed to a nonexistent sign stating that they had to be 16 or older to grab breakfast. My college daughter and high schooler boy do look very young so it’s not a big deal. Thanks to Mr. Rashid’s guest care I will be staying with you on my way to visit my Daughter.
