  if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay, this is the place to check in! I came across this hotel when looking on the IHG website for a place to stay in Paducah. I'd never heard of it, but the photos looked good so I decided to go with it. Glad I did. It's small, convenient to everything, and very, very clean! The bed was super comfortable, and there is even hot breakfast! Now I know where I will be staying on my next visit.

  Very spacious and VERY CLEAN 🫧 A lot better than what I thought it was going to be..... when I booked this hotel on whatever website it was I got a great deal and a lot better than I thought it would be! The front desk young lady was very amiable! Her affability when greeting me was fantasticly outstanding!!! She deserves a raise!!!!!

  The customer service was wonderful. Carrie was beyond helpful and kind. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good! It was a great place to stay while passing through town.

  CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! They tried to not let me get my hotel then came to my hotel and complained about the tv volume being on 10!! AT 3AM! They said we smoked in the room but I’m 8 months pregnant and haven’t smoked bc I PERSONALLY DONT SMOKE! They were color profiling and tried to make it seem like we smoked just because we were “black” ! THEY KEPT HARASSING US THE WHOLE STAY TO WHERE WE LEFT EARLY BC OF HOW UNCOMFORTABLE WE WERE !

  I book here atleast 2 times or more a months. I like it bcuz it’s clean & it’s in the middle of pretty much everything the mall & many restaurants. I do like the front desk staff it’s almost always the same 2 ladies & they are always nice to me & helpful. What I don’t like is the fact house keeping knocks on your door & opens it at 10:35a almost 30 minutes before I check out & this ain’t the first time they’ve done this. It’s to the point I’m about done booking here & will try my luck with another hotel in this area.
