Both the hotel and hotels.com have confirmed, our party staying in that room did check out. I simply requested a refund, was told I would have to go through hotels.com and now they are telling us the hotel isnt getting back with them in order to approve the refund. Bottom line, I will have guests either monthly or semi monthly, so if you value future revenue, then approve the refund of the unused day.
