The water was cold to take showers then found roaches in the elevator and in the hallway as we were leaving. The manger was not even there when we left was told she would not be in till 9 that she would call. I had to call them again and she was not there. Called the next day and she was very rude. You pay 200 dollars a night you would expect better. Would not recommend this hotel.

- JRJason RubinNov 3, 20255.0Some of the nice staff you will ever meet, simple clean hotel with decent breakfast. By far the best place to stay in Mt. Sterling. Only comment would be most of the electric chargers have been broken for years. But the hotel itself is great.
