  Service was amazing for both the check in associates (both of them) and the manager. Room was clean. You couldn’t hear the interstate traffic at all and our room was on the side of the interstate. Good breakfast. Overall a great experience.

  The bathroom facilities were unsatisfactory. The bedroom was acceptable, but the housekeeping staff needs to ensure thorough floor cleaning.

  My two daughters and 7 month old grandson reserved a room from Wednesday, Nov 26th thru Nov 29th. We ended up checking out a day early, after suffering through three days of cold showers. There was no hot water. They knew about the lack of hot water before we checked in, and they should have disclosed that bit of information, but didn't. They claimed they were trying to get someone there to fix it, but due to the holiday, they were struggling to find someone. There was also no housekeeping staff on Thanksgiving. We had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. While I was at the front desk, I asked them about the lack of housekeepers, as we still had dirty, wet towels in our floor, along with garbage that hadn't been taken out of the room, and beds not made. I was told that because it was a holiday, they didn't have any staff. The floor was sticky from the moment we walked in the room. It's a hotel! That's what customers pay for! The one positive thing I can say - the beds are very comfortable. This hotel is going downhill very quickly. Until now, it was my family's preferred hotel in Mount Sterling. We were assured we'd receive a credit, and we did - $52. Our hotel costs were about $470. At this point, a $52 refund is an insult. We paid for three nights and only stayed for two due to the lack of hot water, and the housekeeping service we paid for was off for the holiday.

  No hot water for over a week. Zero follow-through from management. I stayed here for an extended work trip with several employees, and none of us had hot water for over a week. Staff repeatedly told us they were “waiting on a part,” but the issue never got fixed. I had to move to a new room part-way during my stay, and that room also had no hot water. Management later claimed it was just a valve “in my room,” which doesn’t explain why seven other rooms had the same problem. Changing rooms over and over isn’t a solution when you’re staying for work with a team. I contacted IHG Guest Relations, and the hotel said they would call me back “shortly.” It’s now been several days with no response. For a basic amenity like hot water to be unavailable for this long, and then to be ignored afterward, is unacceptable. I hope the hotel addresses this for future guests, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property.

  The room was very dirty the floor was nasty. There were roaches in the room. The water was cold to take showers then found roaches in the elevator and in the hallway as we were leaving. The manger was not even there when we left was told she would not be in till 9 that she would call. I had to call them again and she was not there. Called the next day and she was very rude. You pay 200 dollars a night you would expect better. Would not recommend this hotel.
