The best part was the check in staff. They were stuck there due to the storm, still had an amazing attitude, super friendly. They even provided me with some toiletries because everything was closed due to the storm. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and don’t often write reviews but the staff here deserves 5 stars because they are the definition of friendly customer service !!!
