Due to a problem with a third party booking website, our reservation disappeared. Although the problem was nothing of their doing, Brittany and Josh went out of their way to quickly solve the issue. Bed is in metal frame. When we turned over the frame made a sound like someone was drumming on aluminum ductwork. Mattress lumpy. Price doesn't match quality.
