I didn't need room service but I asked the young Lady cleaning rooms on my floor for an extra trash bag and she was happy to help. Friendly staff. Brianna is an amazing young Lady. She answeredy questions about where to eat, what was good, and when to go. The breakfast was delicious. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, juice, the usual items. What I ate was very good, and, again, friendly and helpful staff. Planning another trip to middlesboro kentucky next year. If I'm able to go, I'll stay at the Holiday Inn Express again.

The staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and we had great customer service from everyone we ran into. Clean rooms, clean exterior, nice breakfast and convenient location. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone one looking in this area.
