  I had made a reservation for 22 November, when we arrived after a 6 hour drive we were looking forward to a nice night, but when we pulled up to the front doors they were locked. It seems there had been a fire and the hotel was closed, but we had NEVER received any information about that. I had confirmed our reservation and the day we left for our trip requested a digital room key, we received an email reply stating all was well. On 24 November I received an email with my cancelation notification...two days after our reservation. I had to drive 20 minutes out of my way to find another hotel. I have all my email traffic and provided that, I have not received an apology or any sort of compensation for my extra cost or time looking for another hotel.

  I stayed at the Hampton Inn and had an excellent experience. The hotel is new, modern, and very pleasant. The staff was attentive at all times, the pool was in perfect condition and great for relaxing, and the rooms were spacious, very clean, and well organized. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay and enjoy.

  I have been trying to check in for 5 hours. I had booked and paid for 3 rooms 10 days ago. I get here and they only show one room. They've charged my card for 3 rooms but won't let me have keys to the other rooms. I am now waiting for the manager to return. My wait is over an hour.
