  This place is absolutely deceiving. We paid almost $400 for a 2 bedroom joint room and none of the doors shut, the thermostat is off the wall, the place is dirty, no extra towels or blankets are available up front, the sink is slanted about 2 inches. Overall the pictures online are not accurate at all. I would advise not to stay here. I have to give it a star to let me post but im not joking and I dont complain alot but this is a negative star

  The location is great, the staff are very friendly, and the building itself is nice and well kept. However, the rooms are very neglected, they aren’t just old and outdated, they aren’t being kept up. There are holes where old light fixtures were, spackle and paint is needed, stains all over the furniture and floors. This place needs a lot of low cost TLC. I took pictures but can’t figure out how to post them. It’s simple things that need attention.

  We had such a great time with this staff as well as the amenities offered. Loved that they had complementary water bottles available upon request for guests. The breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious. From the moment that we checked in with Diana to the daytime hours with Noelle, the stay couldn't have gotten amy more homey. The beautiful room suites were spacious, clean, comfortable and offered Airbnb-like amenities. This is a repeat hotel the next event we hold at the SECC.
