- TATheresa Admire4 days ago4.0Clean rooms and good location. Extra kudos to the bar staff Lucy & Montez who went above and beyond to provide the best cocktails with friendly and efficient service. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel because they made us feel at home and like part the family.

Special mentions go to Montez and Lucy they made our stay here memorable in spite of the lacking in the hotel, the laughs we had were unforgettable and these two really made the stay memorable.

Smart, fun, and so entertaining...the only exercise I've gotten on this vacation are the belly laughs thanks to Montez & Lucy! Thank you all so much. They worked so well under extreme stress and SO many folks. Well done. ❤️

I stayed there last night and it was a disaster. The room and facilities were clean but the previous professionalism was gone. The mattress in the room shoud have been discarded years ago. All sunken down in the middle. When it was time for a shower there was no hot water. A full breakfast was included with my room but there was no breakfast. Also, no manager on the property to resolve these issues. I was promised a call from management when they arrived at 9AM but that has not happened. Customer service is non existent there.

I went in on a whim and explained the situation to the general manager here, Abraham. No idea how but he quickly found us a room in his hotel and he made a very stressful situation so much better. It was nice knowing someone actually heard my concerns and cared enough to help! The hotel was immaculate, spacious and conveniently located. We will absolutely be booking again here. Thank you SO much Abraham!!
