    My group of friends stayed here for the night for thunder on the Ohio fireworks. It was a great experience, but the service desk was painfully slow!

    It has some of the best plane spotting views if you get that room on that side of the hotel this hotel is very conveniently located downtown. The one thing I will say is they do valet parking and it’s the same price as South Park which if I have to admit, I know I’m gonna have to park in a hotel so to charge parking price cost is a little different to me, but that’s what happens in a busy downtown city area. They’re also close to all the activities in the centers. They have restaurants a great workout room and very nice staff.

    Rooms were nice and clean. Parking is not included and $36/ night. Security likes his job a little too much. Rude. Insisting that we move the car as we’re checking in. Does not even greet you, only “DID YOU PARK YOUR CAR”? Cannot enter through side doors at all times. Have to be let in the front door by security after 10/11pm. Also, no breakfast included.

    First, I'm leaving the review because I felt conned by others reviews of this hotel. The hotel halls smelled like urine and the carpet was filthy. The towels in the room were small, thin and can be loosely described as a towel. Same with the pillows. The bottles of shampoo and conditioner were empty and never refilled. Lastly, the valet guys never got it right. They were slow and didn't label the keys right. They could never find our keys!

    Adrian the bartender is the real deal. He offered very generous (legal) pours, knew his stock and mix options, and tailored a great drink to my tastes. He was on top of his wine cellar also. Adrian kept up an excellent conversation game, regaling us with his stories of travel abroad whilst also keeping the focus on our own journeys. He was genuinely fascinated by our plans and gave me some great tips about events downtown but also tips about hiking the Smokies. Even if you just stop into this hotel to visit the bar, it will be worth your time.
