  Made a reservation a head of time 2 hours to be exact I drove 100 miles i couldn’t get my room it was flooded and all rooms were sold out what a shame

  Stephan was exceptional, while the night lady with purple hair exhibited rudeness and unhelpful behavior. We were unable to access the laundry room or the pool area with our room key due to malfunctioning locks on the doors. The night lady with purple hair refused to assist us and displayed a rude demeanor. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in room 219 was outdated and failed to cool the room adequately. Furthermore, there were no towels available in the pool area, and the front desk informed us that they did not have any. Consequently, we had to leave the pool area drenched. During the day, the front desk clerk, Alli, was also unhelpful and disrespectful she displayed a condescending attitude and refused to assist us. My daughter inadvertently left her phone at the hotel, and we promptly realized this. We contacted the hotel, but Alli informed us that no phone was found. She requested our names and phone numbers,. We asked her to search room 219 and inquire with housekeeping, but she declined, stating that she was not authorized to do so. she informed us that it was not vacant, despite our recent check-out. We literally just left the property Alli was unwilling to assist us, refused to allow us to search the room, and did not contact anyone to help us. Alli’s customer service skills are severely lacking, and she should not be permitted to treat customers in such a manner again. To identify Alli, she is a middle-aged Arabic woman who exhibited extreme disrespect. As a result, Holiday Inn has officially lost our business. We had booked three rooms for two nights, and this has been the most unsatisfactory hospitality experience I have ever encountered. Furthermore, the bathtub in our room does not drain properly, causing water to accumulate on your feet. You also will be informed that it is a restaurant style breakfast that you have to pay additional for to stay there and to enjoy breakfast. But it is the same hotel breakfast at every other hotel serves for free you serve yourself and it is the same biscuits and gravy, pancakes, bacon, and sausage, which is not terrible but when you’re told you have to pay additionally for breakfast and that it is restaurant style you expect to order and be served if you’re paying.

  I was checked into room 525 on the 14th. There was a constant loud humm coming from the vent in the bathroom. I spoke to the front desk on Wednesday morning to report the issue. The person stated that she had stayed in that room a few months ago during a snow storm and had the same problem. She said it was an air handler on the roof and she doubted it could be fixed. She suggested I close the bathroom door. I was not offered a move to another room. I remained in 525 for the three nite duration of my stay and never heard from hotel staff with a solution during that time. At checkout this morning I brought the problem up with the front desk as I was checking out and was given the business card of the owner. Please insure they correct this issue or stop putting guests in a room they know has an issue.

  STAY AWAY!!! be veery careful with this hotel. Booked at ~ $130 a night get my bill and they upped the charge to $277 for two of the nights.

  Absolutely fantastic host at the desk! Her attitude was everything! Materialisticly the hotel and location is cool but staff 💪💯💯 Plus reviews were at 666 so needed to crush the enemy also💪
