- DDD DunnApr 25, 20262.0Previous to this stay, we were at Holiday in Chattanooga. What a difference in helpfulness and accommodating staff. We were blown away by the Chattanooga location and this stay was disappointing. Not a safe location, recommended we did not walk at night, no place to store our bikes, staff had no knowledge of bike paths. Breakfast was over by 9am. We asked if we could get us water from the food service area and they said the front desk would get some for us. They gave us two small bottles for the small price of $6. We would not recommend this place unless you want to be close to Whiskey Row and okay with taking a taxi back to hotel after dark

They said there was nothing in the lost and found. They didn't even try to recover it. They have very low priority on there customers. I wouldn't recommend. Every thing there was just okay. Nothing special, and crapy staff.

- AOA OMar 27, 20265.0Stayed for a night. Convenient location. Only thing I didnt find out about until after booking was the charge to park overnight. But the parking garage is well lit, and right next to a sheriff location so seems safe. There is also a night time security guard and lots of lighting in the area. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Few diffeent pillow choices on the bed. The in room coffee was not the best. Great value for the cost of room
