Folks eating breakfast sat as far from the tvs as possible, and I watched a lot of people walk past the tvs heading to the elevators, shaking their heads. Put on the Cooking or Golf channels, please! In the room, again the tv failed, getting stuck on the startup menus with “widget failed” errors. It was a fight to actually make the tv work like a tv. Everything else in the hotel was easy and fine. I might stay there again, but I just wouldn’t spend time in the lobby and bring my own IPAD to watch.

Corporate won’t give us the time of day to solve this issue they just keep playing games about who is going to call etc. New manager of this location says he’d help us but hasn’t gotten back to us either. Avoid this entire hotel chain like the plague. They do not care about the hard working people that stay at their hotels one bit.
