Everything was wonderful! Taylor, Charisma and all the event staff made hosting our party a breeze. Miqdad and all the folks at the valet stand were super helpful with getting all our things sorted and where we needed to be

I would have given them five stars ⭐️ but one of the beds in our room had wet sheets on it. Honestly, don’t know what was up with that. The service in the bar was slowwwww. It’s an amazing beautiful hotel. Parking was really easy. There were complementary water bottles in our room. But my husband and I discovered that the lids had already been unscrewed. Not sure what was up with that either. Don’t know if they were trying to cut corners somehow. Would have been nice to have had a mini refrigerator in our room. Our room was really nice and quiet. We didn’t hear one door slam or people talking loudly outside our room. The view sucked. We would definitely go back and stay there again. But we would more than likely eat out somewhere else.

This hotel is beautiful and has a bar and restaurant, in a prime location near 4th Street with a parking garage right next door. Parking is not included and there is a valet service too.
The room was fine, bathroom has been updated, but the room maintains much of the historical charm of the hotel. There's no refrigerator in the room. So many great things about this hotel, history and charm galore.

Absolutely love this hotel! The history, stories, and atmosphere made our stay an experience. My work had a conference here last week. The coordination was a breeze, staff were so kind; a special shout out to Elijah at valet who made our entrance and set up much less stressful than anticipated he helped in any way he could and remembered us the entire week. Highly recommend this venue when you visit Louisville KY. Samantha is a joy to work with, the charm and history are unmatched, and the location is perfect for exploring downtown. Thank you for making our management meeting a memorable experience.
Only small down side in the rooms were no fridge and somewhat small, but still quaint with comfortable beds.
