  As a diamond member, I’ve stayed at a lot of Hiltons and love them but this hotel is so loud with sound from the street that, even with earplugs that I brought, there was no way to fall asleep until 3 in the morning when the street/bar noise died down. If you stay out until 3 in the morning, then it’s a great hotel lol. There was no blow dryer in the room so they had to bring me one, and there was no bath mat. For the price of the hotel, you might think there would be a bath mat. 🙃 Also, the staff was nice. Just don’t end up in a room that faces the street!

  We visited the Myriad while Louisville was experiencing unseasonably cold weather and a litany of snow, which led to some interesting circumstances. That being said, the team at the Myriad was AMAZING! Margaret was a customer service superstar, going above and beyond to provide us with timely service and making sure we had what we need throughout our stay! The on-site amenities were great - the coffee at Switchboard was fresh and hot and the barista was super friendly! I would highly recommend this unique hotel to anyone visiting Louisville given the fantastic location, staff, and accommodations!

  I gave this three stars only because of my beginning experience however, my ending experience with Pamela is 10+ stars. My stay has not been at this hotel yet. I booked this room for my husband and my son as a gift. I called the same day because it was only showing my name on the reservation and spoke with a Margaret at the front desk. She claimed she was unable to change anything and also stated she could not find my reservation even though it was paid in full and I had the confirmation number. I called the next morning and spoke with Pamela. I cannot say enough good things about Pamela who helped my experience with the situation. In less than five minutes, she changed the info so that my husband could check in with my son. She had the best customer service that I’ve seen in a long time. If going to this hotel, be sure to talk to Pamela because she is the best and she should be running the place. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and all around a great person.

  Love the art and funky feel of this boutique hotel. It was cold when I went in to the room but quickly warmed up. ❤️ Way better than a standard hotel room.

  Stayed here for one night. The room was warm, clean, and quiet. What more do you need? Wish I had tried the coffee and pastries in the morning. Maybe next time.
