Great location and the staff was very friendly. However the room was VERY tiny - like a cheap hostel…and I could hear everything the neighbors were doing..literally everything. Had a terrible nights sleep and checked out early from my week long trip. Hilton - you should show the accurate photos online of the small rooms and fix the soundproofing. The sound issue is horrible and I was extremely disappointed.

We had such a lovely, quick stay at this hotel. It’s a cool vibe throughout the entire hotel, everything seemed intentional to enhance the brand. Clean, comfortable. But hands down the best part was the team working. Everyone we encountered were super friendly and helpful. I loved chatting with them and felt very welcomed by them. At a reasonable price and walkable to many cool spots, I would absolutely come back when in town!!

I was in town for the St. James Art Show and booked a double bed room through the Hilton app. To say that the room was tiny would be an understatement, and had it appeared that small / lackluster in the photos on the website, I would have gone with another room option - as they have a lot of very cool rooms on the site. When you opened the door, it practically touched the bed. From the end of the bed to the opposite wall (which held the “bathroom sink”), there was maybe five feet of space. There was only a small side table — no desk, dresser, chair or closet, not even a folding stand for a suitcase. The only place to hang clothes was a set of hangers stacked on a vertical hook beside the bathroom sink. There were also none of the usual amenities you’d expect in a room at this price point (though it did have a blow dryer). On a positive note, the hotel itself is beautifully decorated and in a great location, close to food and coffee shops. The front desk staff at both check-in and check-out were lovely and very welcoming. I also sat by the pool for some fresh air — it was a really nice space. I was there for less than 24 hours (checked in around 5 p.m. and left by 9:30 a.m. the next morning). One note about parking: there’s a paid lot behind the building ($17/night), but I found plenty of free street parking nearby, so the hotel lot wasn’t necessary. Apologies for the photo quality — they’re screenshots from a video I sent my husband when I first arrived. NOTE: I really appreciate the hotel taking time to respond to my review. My feedback to them via email was that the photos of the room did not reflect the room that I was provided. Had I seen photos that represented what the room actually looked like - I would have gone with another option.

Stayed with my mom and two sisters. Vacation for them- staycation for me. Lots to do in the area. I thought the rooms were great and clean ~enough~. Could be improvements (extremely dusty air vent in bathroom, sort of grimy shower curtain) but overall we were comfortable. Sometimes at night you hear cars race by..but it wasn’t often and I didn’t find it to be THAT loud. You may not like it though if you’re not used to “city noise”. We didn’t use the pool, but having the balcony facing it was fun, in my opinion. I will add that we were staying here in late September..so not peak pool time. I can’t speak for how loud that would get at night in the middle of the summer. Elevator has party lights haha It was a nice time- definitely a “trendier” place to stay which has its pros and cons depending on what you’re looking for. I will add it to my list of recommendations for friends/family visiting in the future.
