  Room was clean and staff was friendly. Not a bad place to stay for a cheap hotel.

  DO NOT STAY at this hotel! I booked this hotel back in October through my Hilton App for 3 nights. I thought it was a brand new hotel as it said they were accepting reservations starting 12/9 and my stay was booked for 12/12-12/15. Upon arrival I had a hard time finding the hotel because the sign in the parking lot said Sleep Inn. I had never stayed at Spark hotel but trust the Hilton Brand to have certain standards. The room was clean but very small. The staff was friendly but clearly not up to speed on being a Hilton. I notified the staff upon my arrival that I would be checking out after one night. They did not know how to handle that and had to call corporate to make sure we could check out early. Said I had to give 24 hours notice and I said I am giving you 24 hours notice that I am shortening my stay. By 4pm on the 12th, everything was cleared up and we checked out on the 13th at 11am and got a receipt for stay which showed a charge for one night. However when I returned home and checked my credit card on the 16th, I was charged by Spark for the one night and charged by Sleep Inn for 3 nights. I have called daily, the hotel answers the phone still as Sleep Inn. I have called the hotel directly almost daily for a week and no one knows how to fix this and there is never a manager on duty. Today the 19th I was given the manager "Barth's" name and number and told he is only there on Tuesday and Wednesdays. I called his phone but it screens calls and he never answers. I called corporate Hilton and submitted a case but was told I had to take it up with the hotel as they can't do anything about a Sleep Inn charge. I told them I never booked anything with Sleep Inn and that Hilton needs to get this straight. The hotel then refunded the one night and continues to charge me for the 3 nights and then tells me that they would have to increase my rate for the one night because I checked out early. I called Choice Hotels, the parent company of Sleep Inn and found out the hotel is still under contract with them as well as Hilton but they could not find my charge because there is no reservation with Sleep Inn and referred me back to the hotel. I have put in a dispute on my credit card and it is pending that they talk to the hotel, which is proving to be impossible. While at first I was going to give this hotel a very very budget friendly review, the fact that no one knows how to handle anything, that I was charged over $500 combined for 1 night at a former Sleep Inn budget hotel and cannot get anyone to resolve this I am giving this hotel a zero rating. My next step is to take legal action. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!
