  This place is well worth it! Location is killer, staff was amazing, the décor was to die for, and the RESTAURANT!!! Chef Henry, you’re the man. Everything we had was fantastic. Our waitress, Jen, was such a doll and so so helpful. The rooms were beyond top tier. Super clean and very quiet. Sheets were soft and the pillows were so fluffy. The products they provided in the bathroom smelled amazing, and I think it’s a nice touch you get to keep the slippers that come in the room. Overall one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. I will be returning!

  This is a really nice, unexpected hotel in the heart of downtown Louisville. Rooms are really nice, especially the corner rooms. I love the nice little finishes that make the room that much better, like a light under the bed that turns on when you move so you can see, or the iPad to order things to the room. The breakfast is also good. If you like bagels and lox, the one here is really good. Noise is expected for a downtown hotel, so that didn't bother us at all. If you've been to Louisville a lot, you'll notice just about everyone has a loud vehicle. The location is good for walking to just about every downtown attraction on warmer days.

  FANTASTIC!!! That word doesn’t even come close to summing up the time my wife and I had spending the holidays downtown Louisville with this team. Their rooms are beautiful and well equipped with anything you’d expect for a classy hotel and more. The staff here from room service, to concierge, to valet, to management is TOP NOTCH! We have to give a special shoutout to the restaurant. We will do a separate review but the GM (Tony) and the Executive chef (Henry) are the best in the biz. We only intended to eat at this restaurant for 1 evening and had such an amazing experience we had their food 4 times. Our waiters Robbie and Jen are a MUST have team when you go! Collin from behind the bar made sure we always had something in our glass and was always smiling. I cannot express how welcomed we felt the entire time we were here. This hotel is new to Louisville and is doing BIG things to standout. Louisville Bourre Bonne… WE NOTICED & will be sharing this with everyone we know traveling to your area. This is a MUST experience hotel. Make sure to book your rooms in advanced as they are quickly growing in popularity!

  Where do I began!!!! First off, this hotel is truly magnificent in & out. The service is TOP TEIR!!!!! Their gym facility is thoroughly clean and equipped with a variety of exercise machines. The room I had was just gorgeous and spacious. I fell in love with the overall aesthetic of the room. I love the fact that the commode had its own area closed off in the bathroom. Great design for the hotel rooms! Now let’s get into with valet!! OMG! They were great and professional. Took good care of my vehicle my entire stay. Shout to the young college gentleman who patiently helped me with turning my car key in when I came across an obstacle doing so. Whew, now to the restaurants of this hotel. The food was immaculate. I did not have to leave the hotel bc everything I needed and wanted was there. Steakhouse Bourré Bonne is an upscale restaurant that serves the best oysters…Oyster Morty to be exact!! OMG, they are truly the best oysters I’ve ever had!! I also ordered the 8oz Fischer Farms Filet Mignon, Millionaire Mac w/ Lobster, dessert, and great mocktails to end the night. I am really happy there was a selection of mocktails to choose from. I also had the opportunity to order from the lobby restaurant (salad w/ a 4oz salon). Which was also delicious and fulfilling. Also, I was able to be chauffeur by their Black Car Service. I felt like a queen!! Thank you Mr. Tyler for chauffeuring me to dinner and ensuring my experience was an unforgettable experience at the hotel overall. I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart. As you can see my stay was EVERYTHING! I look forward to my next stay very soon! ~Ranelle

  I seriously cannot recommend this hotel enough. Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in at this price point — and I don’t say that lightly. Everything was spotless, and not in a “looks clean” way, but in a “how is this even possible?” way. Every single item in the room felt high-quality and intentional. I stayed on the 5th floor and could hear a bit of music from the bar on the 6th, but it wrapped up early, and after that the room was shockingly quiet. I slept like a rock. Truly an exceptional stay. I’d book here again in a heartbeat. And I will forever be baffled (and impressed) by how they keep those glass shower doors so perfectly spotless — wizardry is the only explanation.
