  We stayed at Hotel Bourre Bonne for 6 nights and highly recommend this hotel for so many reasons. We absolutely loved our stay here and this hotel! This hotel is very modern and located in the downtown Louisville area, which made it close to so many things in the city since the city is very walkable. We walked to museums and so much more throughout the city. The city is known for its bourbon tasting rooms so if you love bourbon you will be in close proximity to so many bourbon tasting rooms throughout the city. It is also close to amazing restaurants! Everyone that worked here was friendly, kind, and helpful. We stayed here on points and since we are diamond Hilton members we got a daily $30 food credit. Brian at the lobby bar makes incredible cocktails so I highly recommend getting cocktails in the lobby from him if he is working there. I personally found the rooftop bar underwhelming because the tables with a fire you have to reserve in advance, the drinks are weak, and it's less exciting than you would think. The lobby bar often has live music, the staff are more attentive, and the drinks are way better so that is where you want to be! The service is top notch and it's definitely 5 star service. We had a small mishap and the hospitality manager went over and beyond to make up for this! This is the kind of service you hope to receive and this hotel really nailed it so props to them and the hospitality team here for providing such excellent service! The hotel room even has a bar cart, which was a nice touch and the turn down service in the evening was also a nice touch! The gym was really nice and open 24/7, which was nice and convenient. The only thing I would say is that my husband used the bikes and said the peloton bikes you have to set up an account, which is the one exercise equipment we don't love simply because you have to set up an account to use it, which is a horrible setup on the part of peloton. My only suggestions on making this hotel any better would be to replace the peloton bikes for anything else besides this brand at some point. I would also replace the shampoo and conditioner with something that is less masculine and has less fragrance because using it made me smell like a dude. I would also consider installing a sliding ladder for the bar for safety reasons. Highly recommend this hotel when you are staying in downtown Louisville! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in the downtown Louisville area!

  I have eaten here three times and each time has been a wonderful experience. Food is consistently delicious and I appreciate the rotating cocktails. The Bubling Over cocktail was perfect for fall with a fantastic presentation. My steak was prepared perfectly, so much so that I forgot about my horseradish cream for half the meal. My 12 yr old called his steak "life changing" and bragged to all his friends. Staff was attentive and informative. My only critique is more parking that is gives you more options than 9 hrs or overnight.

  Hotel Bourre Bonne is easily one of the best hotels I have ever visited. Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the stunning lobby décor, inviting ambiance, and welcoming staff. The accommodations were spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. A standout detail was the motion-sensor lighting; it provides a soft glow if you need to move around at night, which is such a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring pristine cleanliness, excellent shower pressure, and high-quality toiletries.

  Lovely hotel! Unexpected surprise. Rooms are spacious and nicely designed. Great attention to detail (eg the footrest to shave in the shower, the placement of the handle so you can turn on the water and not get soaked; the bar set). My only recommendation would be that the check-in clerk doesn't say that the bars on the 6th floor and main floor are the same. The whiskey selection is much larger the ground floor bar and that can be quite an important consideration when visiting Louisville! That said the rooftop bar is beautiful and hopping at night!

  We had our company holiday event tonight at the Bourre Bonne. Words can’t begin to describe the level of excellence. The food (wagyu and filet steaks you cut with a butter knife) were incredible. The service was impeccable. The rooms are modern and so fresh. I have been planning our parties for over 30 years. We go to different locations and Louisville was chosen this year. It is the very best gathering we’ve ever had. We have spent this much or more on parties that weren’t nearly as good. Matt, Nick, Rachel and team are great to work with.
