Our Homewood Suites hotel in Louisville-East features 100 suites with 24 two-bedroom suites, 30 one-bedroom suites and 46 studio suites. All suites have fully-equipped kitchens which include a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, two-line phones with voicemail, complimentary WiFi, sofa sleepers and 55-inch TVs. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer are standard in all suites. Our Homewood Suites hotel has a business center open 24-hours and is complimentary for guests to use and includes a computer, printer, fax and copy machine. Enjoy our complimentary Suite Start hot breakfast buffet seven days a week in our Lodge, a Welcome Home Reception on Wednesday evenings, on-site laundry facilities, an outdoor pool, as well as snacks and sundries available to purchase in our 24-hour Suite Shop.

- KVKo VangDec 27, 20255.0This is what a Homewood(Hilton) property should look like. Hotel smells fresh. The rooms are super clean, furniture and beds are clean. The shower is amazing. The dining/kitchen is one if not the cleanest of the Homewood hotels that I've been at. The front desk person was very kind and offered to turn on the lights for us to eat our snacks. The parking lot has many spots but can use a lighting upgrade. If you are in the area and deciding, this is the one you should book at.

- EGe greerNov 26, 20255.0We came to Louisville to adopt a baby and had alot of the stay up in the air. The birth induction date changed when we arrived (changing dates of the stay), and after the baby was born, we were at the mercy of the court to finish paperwork before we could leave KY. The staff bent over backwards to help accomodate us. They extended our stay on short notice and even blocked off our room in worse case we had to stay additional days. They stuck us near the entrance to make it easy to come and go. They all were wonderful with our new daughter, one associate hugged me and told my how happy she was for our family. The last day we were there we were waiting on court approval to go back home, and they allowed us to check out late after we got approval. We will be returning to louisville a couple times each year and will stay here again. The rooms are spacious, and generally very quiet compared to other hotels. You have a kitchenette with dishwasher and all items needed to prepare a meal. Our adoption process has been extremely stressful cause almost every step had some issue, the associates at homewood suites really made a difference in making the process better.

She got us checked in quickly and keys in our hand with a bottle of water for each of us. We found the hotel and the rooms to be very clean. That is always a plus. Our room had a king size bed. The shower and toilet were separate from the sink which was right. It had a large big screen, TV and a couch area along with a fully stocked kitchenette. Everything was great about the room except the bed was a little bit firm for me, but that's just my personal choice. Your stay comes with a complementary breakfast. It was mediocre as far as hotel breakfast goes.
