- SBSam B3 days ago5.0Good rooms and layout. Fantastic breakfast and amenities. A few blocks from the 21c museum. Parking is a bit expensive as you'd expect downtown. I regretted getting the parking pass as the garage was a bit inconvenient compared to the cheaper surface lot next door.

The person who worked at the reception on the morning of November 7, 2025, should be investigated and potentially fired. He had no idea what he was doing and was ultimately becoming extremely rude to customers. Never experienced such behavior.

The location was a great distance to museum row amd places to eat with a 6 min walk to the Convention center (straight shot!). Very modern, warm and welcoming lobby with stellar breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay needs were met. The rooms were well updated and chic. Would definitely recommend!

After trying to secure a room I finally had to call again to get another person. Additionally was quoted 3 different prices for the same room. Parking was $27 a day in lot next door.

However, if you are sensitive to noise at night, ask for a room facing inside (back of hotel). Ours faced the street, so we heard the loud traffic and wind at night. They also have security at night around the hotel and the parking lot. Overall, we’d recommend this hotel.
