This was a very nice hotel with a nice location and great price. Loved the layout of the room. There was a slight draft coming from the windows but overall a very nice room. Staff were very friendly and the location was close enough to many venues.

The only thing they can improve on in their breakfast. It's really off putting. It's like left overs from dinner food. Lemon pepper potatoes and kielbasa sausage. Very unappealing. Very limited options.

The hotel is good enough. No complaints. The locations pretty good. Lots of restaurants nearby. Normally, not worth writing a review over. But I think good employees should get recognized. Lase has been awesome. Always a smile. Always professional. Always helpful. And seems as if he actually enjoys helping guests. The epitome of what the hospitality industry should be.

The property location is wonderful — safe, walkable, and the building itself appears recently updated and aesthetically pleasing. However, to my absolute horror, when I pulled out the couch to get my children settled for bed, there were moving insects in the pullout mattress… and not just one.
I immediately called downstairs and was given a new room, but when I went to the front desk, there was no one there except security. No one followed up with me at any point, despite the seriousness of finding bugs where my children were supposed to sleep.
The next morning, we left first thing. When I tried addressing this with management afterward, the experience only became more frustrating. I have photos and videos clearly showing the insects, yet the general manager, Melissa Caldwell, made it seem as if the bugs — including one clearly moving — were somehow nonexistent. She also stated that pest control came in and claimed there were no insects, dismissing all the evidence I provided.
Melissa implied that there was no reason for a refund because I was “given another room.” Had the room been checked properly before my check-in, you better believe I would’ve asked for a refund immediately and left. But I was not about to pack up my belongings and leave the property close to midnight with a three- and six-year-old.
I remained respectful, didn’t cause a scene, and simply walked away with a terrible experience. My belongings are now sealed in storage to ensure nothing came home with us. The lack of accountability over something so serious is deeply disappointing.
