The hotel itself was great! The rooms were clean, plenty of amenities, good breakfast, and friendly service. My main complaint is about safety/security. We were with a high school group, and there were drunken men trying to call some of our girls to the table they were sitting at. There were also several cars broken into in the parking lot. The hotel was great, but security must be improved upon before I'd be willing to stay here again.

***Huge issue*** you are directly next to the airport and UPS hub. When I say directly next to, I mean the huge freight planes flying a few hundred feet overhead sound like they’re in you room…..all night. That’s not an exaggeration. I’m not sure how this isn’t a huge issue for everyone.
The hotel was nice enough. The room was big with a small kitchenette and two queens but it was odd as the bathroom sink is open to the room and only a door to close to the toilet and shower.
Decent gym and breakfast.
Lastly, water pressure, at least on the top floor, was non existent. Good luck getting shampoo out of your hair.

We have been staying here for the Louisville Farm Show ever since they have opened. Jessica GM, Alie director of Sales and the whole crew at Homewood are the best and most accommodating. Feels like visiting family every time we return. Our shuttle drivers are some of the best, we missed Sam this year, but Charles and Ethan fit right in and did an awesome job. Very accommodating to our schedules. We will be back. Thank you to everyone who made our stay clean, warm and welcoming.

We stayed for 4 nights. Parking fees were validated at the front desk so that was nice and my wife accidently had us booked for 5 nights so when we checked out, they reimbursed us.
The rooms are very nice with full kitchens and sitting area.
My only complaint was the thermostat not working right.I could manipulate it to work but I notified the front desk so they could take care of it for the next guest. I will stay again without hesitation.
I stayed recently at the Homewood Suites in Louisville near the airport. I was very surprised to find when I got there that I had to pay additionally for parking by scanning a QR code and registering with another company. That parking wasn't free was annoying to begin with, that it wasn't just added to my hotel bill and that I had to spend 10 minutes going through hoops to set up an account with someone else was obnoxious. The young man at the front desk was not particularly welcoming, engaged or interested in helping either.
That experience on entering the hotel was representative of the stay overall. I had asked for a key at the desk and he gave me one, but it didn't work (I had to use my phone app to get in.) In my room I found there were stains or burn marks on the carpet and the room appeared to have been poorly vacuumed. There was no soap at the bathroom sink, and I don't mean no bar soap, which I am used to at this point. I mean that the only pump bottle at the sink was "body lotion" which is not soap and doesn't rinse well when mistaken for soap. Overall, the visit was unpleasant, and made me wonder what has happened to the Homewood Suites brand. I definitely won't stay at this location again.
