    Bedbugs and bad service. My wife and I planned to stay here for our anniversary weekend. After the first night, we found a bedbug in the room and a blood spot on the bed from the bedbug bite(s). When we alerted the hotel of this, we were told that they could not refund us for the night we had spent there, and the manager that could authorize such a refund was out of town and the front desk clerk didn't know when they would get back. We also found that the pillows were not very comfortable, and the toilet did not work properly and ran continuously. While the location was excellent, close to the attractions we were planning, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel due to the lack of cleanliness and poor service when dealing with this issue. Their back parking lot was $19/night, but was very small.

    In town for a soccer tournament. The location is perfect not far from the fields and surrounded by things to do. The breakfast is good and the kids liked the pool. My only complaints are the parking and our room was hot when we arrived. It was 74 we had the ac on all night and came back and the room is 71.

    Super simple check in, Kevin at the front desk was amazing and welcoming. The location was convenient, very clean environment and room. Will definitely be staying again next time in Louisville.

    I visited this hotel during the weekend of the snowstorm. I had already booked the stay for my daughter’s 11th birthday. The room itself was very nice — spacious and clean, which I really appreciated. During check-in, there were some issues with the key cards, so I had to wait a little while before getting into the room. However, the staff member assisting me was nice and professional. The only thing that really put a damper on the trip was that the pool was closed. We were told the heating component wasn’t working, so it had to be shut down. That was very disappointing since we specifically booked the hotel for a birthday celebration, and everyone knows the pool is usually the highlight for a hotel birthday party. Even with that setback, my kids still managed to have a good time overall.
