    hmmm…. the only positives i have to say is about Anthony and baxter.. they’re great.. Very nice and accommodating.. Vanessa on second shift isn’t very friendly at all when i voiced my complaint to her about noise coming from the room above me she acted as if she didn’t care.. she also had her child running around the lobby screaming and playing.. Unprofessional. The rooms are fine.. the acs in the room are a hit and miss upon checkin i had to move rooms due to the ac not working in the first room.. that was annoying.. We get to the second room an there’s issues yet again… hair in shower, floor, dishwasher smelled as if you put plastic in a microwave.. Jeremy on first shift had the same attitude as vanessa on 2nd shift.. I stay in hotels often and this location was by far the worse… couldn’t use the pool due to kids being in it all day.. with not a parent in sight.. So if you’re staying during the weekend there’s basically no pool.. oh and the breakfast is… lol… stay home or book elsewhere. Housekeeping takes forever.. they’re loud, not friendly and act as if you aren’t talking to them.. i’ll never stay here again. I hope Anthony gets away from this place….

    First and foremost before I get to all the bad things about this hotel let me start off by saying Anthony/ Baxter at the front desk was the best person at this hotel, please give him the credit he deserves, now that’s out the way let’s start with this pitiful hotel, The front desk lady did not care about our complaints.. we wanted to swim but the pool was filled with KIDS all day, loud kids at that! it was very noisy our whole stay, this was definitely a hotel i will not be staying at ever again!! it was hair all in the bathrooms and on our beds, 0/10 would NEVER recommend!

    Bed bugs in room, mold in shower & ac/heat vent Breakfast was horrible & definitely not up to code Mr Brooks, the GM of this location, has not responded in 5 business days to an email with issues and photos. Hilton is escalating it but we would NEVER recommend this location. It’s disgusting, unsanitary & unsafe DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
