  Promised to be able to use a $1200 credit within a year and was lied to. Corporate won’t give us the time of day to solve this issue they just keep playing games about who is going to call etc. Avoid this entire hotel chain like the plague. They do not care about the hard working people that stay at their hotels one bit.

  Listen now people you definitely don’t want to sleep in a bed here. I’ll tell you now they said my room was ready two guys and a girl walked out of my room when I was going to it and when I walked in the bed was soaking wet and crusty and even worse there was poop smeared everywhere the bathroom in my room had pee everywhereeeeee and it was dark yellow.

  I had stayed here one night the week before and had a lovely stay, which is why I decided to stay here again when I came back to town the following week. Unfortunately, my second stay with them was less than stellar. For my second stay, I got put in room 212, and the bathroom desperately needs an upgrade. The wallpaper had two corners that were peeling above the door; the tub faucet was pulled out of the wall several inches (but was thankfully still functional); the shower head was not adjustable because if I tried to move it, it would move from the pipe coming out of the wall (not the shower head itself); and for whatever reason, there were two body washes and one shampoo provided, but no conditioner. I did alert customer service after my stay and they said they made a note of it. I knew I would be coming to town two more times over the next couple of weeks and asked if I could have a discount (either for this room or for staying with them multiple times) and they said the next time I stayed, they would guarantee to put me in a room with no issues. Other than the room itself, the stay was fine. The breakfasts I have had at various Home2Suites have been great and included good proteins and potatoes along with the normal breakfast carbs. The location was perfect for me because it was very close to Churchill Downs. Side note: there is a rather large divot/recess in a patch of pavement in the parking lot around the 3rd or 4th parking spot on the side of the hotel to watch out for.

  Disappointing for a repeat guest. I travel to Louisville regularly and maintain diamond status. There has been a noticeable neglect/lowered standards at this property over the last two years. My major issues from my last stay in September. One of only two elevators our of service for 4+ days. Room #412's bathroom is in terrible shape. Floor tiles move up & down because they have separated from subflooring. All wall paper pealing. Visible filth/poop stains on painted wall segments. Tub facet has separated from tiled wall. Visible mold on tub/shower tile/grout. Hair conditioner dispenser replaced with a 2nd body wash? Kitchen/microwave under lighting is broken/burnt out. Light bulbs in all desk/floor lamps are very low wattage and/or almost burnt out making the room very dark. Direct TV programing and/or remote didn't work half the time? My interactions with front desk staff was all over the place. Lady that answered the phone was borderline rude and not forth coming with basic information even after she verified my reservation and status. Checking out I had to endure two ladies at the front desk eating their breakfast and complaining about others that owe them $75.00? Neither aske me about my stay. However young lady at check-in was professional and friendly. I also recognized her from previous stays...

  I travel almost every week and almost always at a Hilton hotel. This is the absolute worst one I have ever been in. They can tow your vehicle, if they feel like it, regardless if the business card sized parking pass is clearly on the dash as in the picture. Then when you inquire with the manager about it, he could really care less about it as it is not his problem even with pictures. The room had peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, the garbage disposal didn't work, the sink backed up and leaked onto the floor through the dishwasher and maintenance never looked at it in 4 days. The food ran out everyday. The hotel was full. Someone should have realized that and I don't knorw how the food could be gone when you couldn't get a clean plate and then they would bring out 2 or 3 clean plates at a time. I do see how this location could be so poor when I had the opportunity to interact with the manager. He does not create a high standard. I will never again go to this location as there are other choices close to here. I have been to more than 75 locations across the US and this is the worst I have seen.
