    The first room I was put in was musty and gross. There was hair and I could see dead skin on the bed. The restroom bathtub had stains too. It was like the room keepers just made the bed without replacing the sheets and replaced towels while doing the bare minimum in the restroom. Luckily, the night manager Ethan hooked me up with a much cleaner room that smelled so much nicer and had clean everything. For that, this location earned an extra star back

    We tried to check in at 5:00 p.m., The room wasn't ready. We waited until about 5:45 and they finally had the room ready. When we walked in, it was very hot in the room. 78° is what it was showing on the thermostat. We went out to eat and came back and it was still hot. We called the front desk and they said they couldn't offer us anything else or send anyone to fix it. When we woke up the next morning it was still 78° in our room and was almost unbearable to try to sleep. When we checked out they said they would see if we could get a discount on the room. We received no discount. Someone from the hotel did try to give my 17-year-old daughter a beer when we came in. Apparently giving out beer to the guests covers the poor service and quality of the rooms.

    The first night of our stay, our vehicle was broken into. At first the staff was accommodating and allowed us to park under the awning where the camera outside the building was located (they only had one camera on the outside). They even provided us with a special note to not tow our vehicle for being parked there. The next night we got a call at 10pm from the front desk saying we had to move our vehicle stating that “the manager told them to tell us”. The manger was not in at the time and did not attempt to call us the next day to share the reason. The hotel staff offered no additional accommodations for having our vehicle broken into. They could’ve offered breakfast passes, a little discount on the room total, even a free bottle of pop. We will not be returning to this hotel. Management is horrible and doesn’t speak with guests.

    This is the worst stay that we have ever had. We had our truck broken into during our weekend stay. They didnt have security footage and also didnt give a shit that we had to move our truck with only plastic on our window. The GM said we needed to move our truck out of the covered parking.. we have been staying here for the last 10 years for a bowling tournament and this is the first time that we have been treated like this..also we left at 9am this morning, our toliet was clogged.. we came back at 3pm, still clogged. It just seems like they dont give a shit about their customers anymore..not coming back again!!

    I enjoy the location of this hotel. The service was less than impressive. The staff didn't try to make check in any easier. Check in was not simple. For how much i paid for the room, I was very disappointed in the staff. Not sure I'll return.
