Don’t stay here. Go to the Fairfield. They have security. My truck got broke in here while I stayed for 5 nights. Then the day I left someone else’s truck got broke into. Ain’t worth the deductible and hassle if you’re traveling.

I recently stayed with Holiday Inn for work. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff members were pleasant and the room was clean. I had a few issues with booking but the GM (Mr. Gibbs) was a huge help and got the issue fixed quickly.

I had the pleasure of staying here after a long journey from Florida on my way to South Bend, Indiana with my daughters. We had been driving for a little over 10 hours when I decided we needed to stop and take a break for the night. I called ahead to make sure that they had vacancies before getting off of the freeway and was told that they had plenty of rooms available, I confirmed that I needed a room with two queen beds and was told absolutely. So I got of the freeway and drove to the hotel. Upon arriving, there was plenty of parking and it seemed nice and clean from the outside. I walked inside and directly to the check-in desk and was abruptly greeted by a gentleman named Gibbs. he asked if we had a reservation and I informed him that I did not, but that I had just called to verify that they had rooms and before I could finish my sentence he told me that they did not have any vacancies. I politely asked again and he said that I must have called another location. Anyways, after about 5 minutes of going back and forth with him and getting nowhere, I grabbed my bags and proceeded to leave with my daughters. As we were leaving I could hear him mumbling rude comments, but it wasn't worth engaging at this point. As we were about to exit the front lobby doors, we were approached by a lovely lady named Ashlea. She apologized profusely for his behavior and informed me that they did in fact have rooms available and asked us if she could help us. So we walked back to the check-in desk with Ashlea. We spent about 10 minutes conversing with her about our trip and where are from, etc. Ashlea upgraded our room and even provided us with a discount and if that wasn't already enough, she took the time to tell us about this lovely restaurant for dinner nearby, The Old Spaghetti Factory, as she knew my girls were hungry and we were over having fast food. I will say this, the hotel is very nice and the service was great outside of my experience with Gibbs. Ashlea is the shining star of this hotel and I would highly recommend just asking for her when you call or arrive. It's clear that she is the one that keeps it running smoothly. I would not have been able to leave such a good review on the service if it wasn't for our experience with Ashlea.

$17 to park, $14 for 2 eggs at breakfast, worst water pressure I've ever seen and it took 15 20 minutes for the water to get hot
