    · Very nice and spacious clean room in a perfect location for any conference in this area. Walkable to Omni hotel and most of the tourist riverfront areas. They do charge more than most for on site parking. We also did have a bad experience. My wife left an oversize multicolored parka on the bed after checkout. We called hotel a couple hours after being on the road to see about mailing it, and after a couple no return calls from the staff, called back again and they stated it wasn't found. This was not a garment that they would not have noticed when cleaning as it was huge and crazy colorful. Still some dishonest people out there which was disappointing.

I'm giving this a 1 star review based on terrible management. They never returned my incidental fee. Calling led to "send me an email" which has gone unanswered. Corporate opened a case and gave them 48 hours to which they still didn't respond. Terrible service. Nice rooms. Nice breakfast. I've had to initiate a charge back through my bank.

We stayed here last month and I realized that my deposit was never refunded. I called (a couple times) to ask about this and was told that it was kept due to “water on phone”. I never received any notification about this. I asked to escalate the issue and was told I’d get a call back. They have not responded. We spilled nothing while in this room. So, they stole $75 from me. In addition, the location isn’t great and it’s not particularly clean. ALSO NOTE: I tried contacting the email “Holiday Inn” has provided in these comments and the inbox won’t take any more emails. Shouldn’t you provide a Holiday Inn email address?

If you are looking for convenience this is NOT the place to stay!! We were told it was $17 per night for parking, fine…hate when hotels do that, but ok. Went to park around the building and NO parking spots. Go back to talk to front desk and we were told, it’s first come first serve. There are approximately 35 parking spots with 2 handicap for the entire hotel!! We were told we can park down the street at the YMCA or on the road and feed the machine. You have to make sure to be out there at 7:00 a.m. to make sure not to get ticketed. This is absolutely outrageous to me!!! I would never stay here again.

Room was okay, front staff nice, food service was just awful. Had breakfast vouchers, first day had a coffee and waited 25 min to order food had to leave for meetings so didnt get to order or eat, second day no one showed up to work the restaurant, 3rd day, sat down, worker said hi, waited 15 min no one came by, had to leave again. Not a good experience here couldn't even get a drink.
