  I was totally disappointed in this particular Holiday Inn. The rooms need updating. The carpeting is horribly dirty and you have to pay $12 for a crappy buffet breakfast that is the same quality food you get complimentary at all other hotel chains including Holiday Inn. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to the Holiday Inn Express. I am also a Platinum Club Member and they didn't even recognize that!

  Very disappointed — zero accountability During my stay, my truck — along with six other trucks — was vandalized in the hotel parking lot. When I reported it to the hotel, their response was essentially: “We have signs posted, it’s your responsibility.” No concern, no assistance, no attempt to help guests who were clearly impacted by a crime on their property. Posting a sign doesn’t replace basic security or customer care. If you value your vehicle or expect a hotel to take any responsibility for guest safety, I would strongly reconsider staying here.

  As a fan of the IHG hotels.This was a let down. Poor customer service, staff seems so nonchalant and unresponsive. Breakfast was ok though.

  By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in a Holiday Inn. I was with my family for my daughter's cheer competition December 5-7 and witnessed some of the most unprofessional behavior from hotel staff that I could imagine. First, my wife booked the room through Team Travel Source and was told the room included breakfast. When she received the keys, she was told breakfast was $6. (There is no such thing.) She was confused why some of the desk staff was laughing when she was told her booking had $6 breakfast credits that she was to tell the breakfast staff this arrangement the next morning. (There was no such thing.) The desk staff simply made up a story which made my wife confused and frustrated when the breakfast staff told her they had never heard of a $6 breakfast cost and argued with her about breakfast costing $12. Second, while watching football at the bar Saturday evening, I watched one of the front desk staff cuss out a cheer dad who walked from a neighboring hotel that didn't have a bar to the Holiday Inn with a bar to have an adult beverage. I then witnessed this same front desk staff member accuse the bar staff of ignoring this cheer dad flirting with a young teen. I watched the entire thing. The teen ordered food AT THE BAR and the cheer dad had a short conversation where the bar staff overheard him encourage the girl in her cheer competition. It was benign. This cheer dad was friendly and chatty with everybody--male, female, young, old. The way the front desk staff handled the situation left the bar staff shaking and were apologizing to me profusely for the childish behavior I had just witnessed. It's difficult to describe how terrible the staff at this hotel is and how poor the management is to allow people who act like this to work here. The rooms are fine. The location is fine. Try to avoid interacting with the staff and you'll be fine.
