We stay at a different location every week and this location scores lower than any IHG property I've seen. No free breakfast, over priced restaurant, my key didn't work and it took 3 trips to get it resolved.

We booked and paid for our rooms through our credit card rewards program. Then I was also charged on my debit card for the rooms when checking out. I was told there's no manager on duty. You'll have to call your credit card company. Completely rude and disrespectful. We will never stay here again. After reading response, I did call this morning and try to talk to a manager.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. They need to update their website because it is incorrect online. Single mother traveling with 4 kids, the best way to unwind and get the wiggles out is by having a hotel with a pool. We were told the pool does not open until 10am when it states 8am online. Then we were told the pool isnt even open if we waited until 10. The coffee in the lobby was probably from the day before because it was room temperature. I do not suggest staying at this hotel if you are traveling with more than just yourself.

**Edit-- After emailing the General Manager in response to my review, I’ve added a star for service and overall experience because of his quick and thoughtful follow-up. He let me know that changes were already made, including removing guests’ personal information from public view for shuttle rides. I really appreciate how seriously and promptly he addressed the issue. I believe things will improve, and I wish them the best moving forward!*** From the beginning, the stay was lacking. It took over 45 minutes to reach someone at the hotel for a shuttle pickup—an exhausting start after a long day of travel. While the shuttle driver was pleasant, the vehicle itself had a strong, unpleasant odor that persisted each of the four times I used it. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was immediately struck by a strong chemical smell throughout the lobby and hallways. It was reminiscent of toilet bowl cleaner rather than a clean or welcoming scent, and it lingered throughout my stay. My guest room appeared reasonably clean but felt stale and heavy—certainly not a restful environment. The staff members I encountered performed their duties but lacked warmth or engagement. The atmosphere overall felt indifferent and unwelcoming. For example, on my last morning, I asked to store my luggage since I needed to check out before completing a workday and flying home. I assumed the “luggage closet” was secured as is the standard, but when I returned to retrieve my bags, the front desk attendant simply pointed to the door. I said, "Isn't it locked?", but the attendant said, “Nah". I was surprised by the lack of care and professionalism. If I had known the closet was unsecured, I would have taken it with me. The fitness room was also disappointing. The equipment was outdated, the space felt neglected, and I couldn’t complete my usual workout due to cleanliness concerns and the condition of the machines. Additionally, shuttle reliability was inconsistent. I was told the shuttle operated within a three-mile radius and appreciated transportation to the airport and to the expo during my first two days. However, on the final day, I was unexpectedly told the shuttle wouldn’t be available for the expo (despite it being parked at the front door), which caused me to be late for work. If I had known this policy earlier, I would have made alternate arrangements. Later that day, I waited over 40 minutes for a ride back to the airport, even though the shuttle van was parked by the entrance the entire time. Finally, I found the shuttle sign-up process to be concerning from a safety standpoint. As a woman traveling alone—and as someone who has previously experienced being followed in a hotel—I was uncomfortable that the shuttle sign-up sheet publicly displayed guests’ room numbers and phone numbers. I chose not to provide that information for my own safety, but I noticed that many others did. I strongly recommend changing this system to protect guest privacy and safety. While the location of this property is great if attending the expo, I would prefer a different hotel next time.

We had the opportunity to stay at this hotel because of the marching band competition. We met Tracy when the bar first opened for the evening and she was fantastic. She told us a great story about how she helped some people out and it wasn’t her bragging - she was legitimately happy to help others. We went back to the bar after the second round of competition and Tracy greeted us with a huge smile and wave! She was nothing but accommodating and gave us great advice about the next day breakfast! We had a really great time with her and she made our stay memorable. The only questionable thing we ran into was there was an irate guest at the front desk while we were eating breakfast and he came into the dining room telling his side of the story. But the front desk person felt very uncomfortable and wanted to call 911. Thankfully my husband went and checked on her and although she was shaken up, she was okay. We will definitely come back in the future. The location close to the stadium was great. Rooms were clean and parking was good as well! Thank you Tracy!!!!
