Room keys continually failed, takes 100 tries to get the door to open. Had to get new keys made multiple times. Not being able to get into your room is kind of a big deal. No hot water Sunday morning, no showers…kind of a big deal. Bathroom door won’t close or lock. Nice beds and pillows. We stayed 3 nights, not once was our room cleaned. Overall room was in poor condition. Last choice hotel.

I was told there's no manager on duty. You'll have to call your credit card company. Completely rude and disrespectful. We will never stay here again. After reading response, I did call this morning and try to talk to a manager.
