Every sound, every word. No soundproofing at all. As a result, I didn’t sleep at all. Not a minute. If you’re traveling and need rest, this place will do the opposite. A hotel’s most basic job is to let you sleep, and this one fails miserably. For a Holiday Inn Express, this was shockingly bad. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I’ve stayed in roadside motels with better noise insulation. Never again.

There was no parking for a large bus, and I was promised to not be charged since my vehicle was unable to be parked. Unfortunately, I was still charged the full amount and never even stepped foot inside of the building. If this is policy, I understand, but it’s more disheartening that the manager would lie and say that I would not be charged. Extremely unprofessional! 0 stars if possible
