- DMDaniel MilliganDec 2, 20251.0If you are seeking a hotel stay, please refrain from booking this establishment. Upon discovering bugs in your room, you should request a room change. However, if the hotel does not have the same room available, they will ask you to leave immediately. This situation provided us with only 30 minutes to pack our belongings. As an avid business traveler, this is unacceptable. The manager’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Further research revealed that she has a history of mismanaging hotels and then switching to different hotel chains. I strongly advise you to find a different IHG hotel instead of staying here.
- MTMeShell TyNov 30, 20251.0DANGEROUS! Live wires and a sharp dryer vent left beside the ice machine! Fire alarm at 11pm. Everyone go outside in the cold. The printer doesn't work with their slow "business center". However, the printer is there for some reason. The gentleman at the front desk offered for me to email the documents and he would print it. That was kind. The USB plugs beside the bed are shoved in so far that you cannot use them! No coffee in the rooms because "they have new machines in the lobby". I was on the 3rd floor with a 5 year old. The pool was nasty and cloudy, so my daughter did not get to go swimming. That was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. She was bummed. Pictures included (for all of it). Horrible hotel, dangerous, and inconvenient.

If we hadn’t been so tired we would have found another hotel, which blew me away because I constantly stay at Holiday Inns. No coffee pods, a bunch of hair in the tub, drapes we broke AND you could tell had been that way a long time as they were frayed from others trying to open. Very disappointed
