  Used the "park and ride" feature advertised. Came back to a busted out window. They put a trash bag over my window. They did not call me to notify. Not the best way to come back from a trip. This location is in a bad part of town (now I know).

  No running water on a freaking Saturday in the evening. I mean common. People gotta shower, brush their teeth, and get stuff done. And they seem to not care. How are guests also supposed to use the dang toilet? Never booking here again. And I'm also still being charged full price for a room where I cant even shower or use the bathroom.

  I had my truck broken into while at this Bishop Ln location. Upon speaking with both the employees & the police, this happens about once a week at this location. Police say since management is too cheap to pay for a nighttime security guard, the thieves regularly target this place. I was one of 12 vehicles that had a window busted out.

  On January 30th - 31st 2026 my family and I chose this hotel to stay at due to its location and proximity to loved ones (attending a funeral) we chose to stay here and have had numerous stays at this exact location with no issue. On February 1st the morning of our checkout we reluctantly came out to our vehicle which had its window smashed in and had been broken into... Along with approximately 10 other vehicles (expensive SUVs and trucks) that had also been broken into that morning. Hotel staff did allow us to review the video, but that was it. They have signs posted in the parking lot indicating no responsibility for events that happen in their parking lot. This is understandable however, having a 20-year-old security camera system (per the general manager), lacking proactive provisions for security (because this hotel and many hotels off the Watterson expressway had been hit approximately 5 weekends in a row prior to my incident, per LMPD) i.e. paid overnight security guards, would in my opinion, make this a terrible place to lay your head at night. I simply asked that we be refunded for our two night stay. Through my efforts of contacting IHG corporate, (who told me the owners of the hotel would have 48 hours to contact me for a resolution and did not) and the management at the hotel I was able to work with some of the staff to get some points placed on my IHG rewards (Platinum elite )account, owner still refused to refund. I called back and forth between corporate and the hotel for days . Still no refund, I presume the owners of this establishment do not care about the amount of money we have spent with their establishment as well as other establishments inside of the IHG family. They could have simply refunded me my two-night stay where my personal belongings and my sense of safety were violated.. not to mention the time and the effort it takes to remedy your vehicle back to its original state. They chose not to assist in that matter or even contact me to offer a simple apology. This review is long however, I intend is to help someone. Stay here if you like but please be aware if something happens in their parking lot, and you would like to receive any type of compensation or reimbursement, you will more than likely have to a file case with small claims court... Or just do as they expect and give up. I'd rather not spend any more money on this issue, but I hope that no one else will have to either.

  Booked and paid for a room on 2/5/26 for the evening of 2/14/26. Arrived to Louisville around 2:00pm on day of check in. The lady at front desk stated that we could not check in until 3:00 pm. She also stated since our room was paid for, the room is held until 2:00am, therefore we could check in after our concert. We arrived to the hotel directly at 12:00am after our concert. Upon entering the hotel the lady at the front desk stated that my paid for room had someone sleeping in it and that she had no other rooms to give us. After calling all around Louisville at midnight, we were unable to find any open rooms. We ended up having to drive 4 hours home, because someone was in the bed that I had paid for more than a week prior. Absolutely terrible experience with this hotel all the way around. Take your money elsewhere!
